Thank you for tuning in to the third webcast of Dorset’s Police and Crime Panel.

Many councils around the country webcast their key committee and full council meetings, giving local people a chance to hear the discussions between councillors about issues affecting residents. Not everyone can get along to meetings so this technology is a step forward in helping people understand how the council makes decisions.

The Panel is set up to hold to account Dorset’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Martyn Underhill. It has some important business to consider on 5 February 2015, including looking at the Commissioner’s proposed police council tax charge for 2015/16. The meeting will start at 10:00
